Mr. Woodruff was last seen at approximately 6:18 PM near Norstar Blvd. He is described as a white male with gray hair, hazel eyes, and a distinct mole on his forehead. At the time he was last seen, Mr. Woodruff was wearing a gray long-sleeve shirt, blue pants, and a leather jacket, and he is known to wear a brown knit cap.
