The Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office has positively identified the victim of the recent house fire on Caughdenoy Road in the Town of Cicero as Raymond Brand.
Mr. Brand was 68 years old.
The investigation into the cause of the fire remains ongoing in coordination with local fire officials and the Onondaga County Fire Investigation Unit.
