Stabbing Incident at McDonald’s in Salina – Suspect Sought

Town of Salina, NY – At approximately 12:00 a.m. on Sunday morning, deputies from the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported altercation at the McDonald’s located on Seventh North Street in the Town of Salina.
Detectives from the Sheriff’s Criminal Investigations Division (CID) determined that during the fight, Thomas Driscoll, 22, of the Town of Clay, stabbed a 59-year-old male in the arm and hand with a knife. Driscoll then fled the scene with several associates.
The victim was transported to Upstate University Hospital, where he was treated for his injuries and subsequently released.
An arrest warrant for Felony Assault in the Second Degree has been issued for Thomas Driscoll. Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is urged to contact the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Criminal Investigations Division at (315) 435-3081. Tips may be submitted anonymously.
