Video Visitation
The Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office Correction Department now offers state-of-the-art Internet based remote video visitation system. Visitors are now able to conduct remote video visitation from their home or office with incarcerated individuals housed at the Correction Department. You must have access to a computer with high-speed Internet, a web cam and audio device to use this system. Follow the instructions below to take advantage of this service:

Eligible incarcerated individuals will be allowed up to two (2) half hour Remote Video Visits per day based on availability during the following times:
Monday thru Friday
9:00 – 9:30 am
9:45 – 10:15 am
10:30 – 11:00 am
12:30 – 1:00 pm
1:15 – 1:45 pm
2:00 – 2:30 pm
All video visitation sessions may be recorded and are subject to monitoring at anytime.
